I'm thrilled to report that we have passed a significant milestone with the signing of our 100th customer (and beyond).
We decided against doing a supermarket-style bells and whistles surprise in their honor, although there were plenty of high fives going around the office after it happened. Despite the lack of formal fanfare, we're all very excited about the milestone, appreciative of the position it puts us in, and looking forward to proving right all the customers that put their trust in us this year.
Happy holidays.

Multifactor Authentication Live
I'm happy to report that our multifactor authentication solution has gone live for all customers, in advance of the FFIEC deadline. This was no small effort, involving a lot of moving pieces, and I want to congratulate our team (especially Stephen Thompson) for the coordinated effort.
I described one aspect of our solution in a blog post back in August, with more detail available for customers in our position paper and release notes.
Customer feedback would be very welcome, if you have any thoughts on how the rollout went or how the new process is working for you.

Andera Team Expanding
We're always looking for top people to join our growing team, and we have a couple of specific openings I wanted to bring up here. If you know of anyone who might be a fit, please forward them this info and encourage them to contact us. I'd appreciate your help.
- Support Manager (job description here). Our customers' primary day-to-day contact for all questions, support items, and enhancement requests, this key role is responsible for ensuring that items get tracked and completed on time, and ultimately for ensuring client satisfaction. If you're an existing (live) customer, you know how important your Andera support manager is to getting your questions answered and your issues resolved. And as we grow our customer base, we need additional Support Managers to make sure we stay as responsive as you have come to expect us to be. Will need to be based in our Providence office, so candidates will either need to be local or willing to relocate.
- Sales Rep (job description here). Our market is growing quickly and we're expanding our sales team to make sure we meet demand. This should be a good opportunity for individuals who are long on energy but maybe short on experience - we don't need rolodexes as much as we need need dedication, responsiveness, and an ability to communicate our vision and leadership position effectively. Prefer candidates in the Dallas area, but not a requirement (can be home-based from anywhere in the U.S.)
Resumes or inquiries can be sent to our recruiting address (careers@andera.com) or directly to me (ckroll@andera.com).

Question Regarding Online Deposits
I got a question recently regarding which banks have captured the most online deposits, by number of customers and/or amount of deposits.
Something like this happens to have been covered on a very interesting blog I've been reading recently, so I wanted to provide you with a link here. It has a good discussion of current leaders in the market, how heavily they're investing in this new channel, and a little about the results they've experienced thus far.
