It's been a very busy month, and I apologize for not keeping up recently with my blogging duties. I've got a lot to say, just not a lot of time to say it, and I promise to make up for lost time after the new year.
Anybody paying attention may notice that we launched our new corporate branding this morning, starting with our logo and Web site, and permeating all of our messaging, collateral, and positioning. This was a big effort, and very important as we position our company for the future.
Among the changes you may notice:
- We have adopted a tag line. "Always Open" reflects our commitment to open systems and technology, while at the same time reminding our customers and prospects about the need to always be opening.
- We have dropped the "New Accounts Online" product name. We found our customers referring to our company and our product interchangeably as "Andera," and that the name "New Accounts Online" held little mind share among the constituents we polled. As other providers of Software-as-a-Service ("Saas") have done before us, we are purposefully blurring the lines between company and product, and formally establishing our positioning simply as "Andera."
- We have updated our logo. It still resembles the old logo, and we have maintained the basic font and swoosh, but we have tightened it up, made it bolder and crisper, and more representative of the strength we want to reflect.
- All of our marketing collateral (including marketing Web site) has been redesigned and re-written to reflect updated messaging.
Hopefully you like the changes, and I'd welcome any feedback (negative or positive) you'd be willing to share.
