Growth Is Hard!

In the spirit of openness, let me talk about some issues we're facing here and what we're doing about them.

As I mentioned, we had a pretty spectacular end to 2007, which means basically that we had a lot more clients sign up with us than we expected in even our most aggressive forecast. It's a good problem to have, but it's causing some short term constraints which I know at least some of our clients are feeling. I apologize for this, and want to be on the record saying we recognize the issues and take seriously the need to address them.

I think we have always been known for our high degree of responsiveness and commitment to client satisfaction, and believe me, that philosophy remains intact. Keith Roberts, our new VP of Operations, has been charged with expanding our implementation capacity and correcting any temporary issues with our responsiveness, and I think you'll start to see results soon.
