Anyone who has visited our office recently knows that we're squeezed in pretty tight here, and it's only getting worse as we continue actively growing our team. It may sound cool for a growing company to be bursting at the seams, but the reality is secretly not that great considering the dwindling meeting space and lines for the bathroom. Until we find a new home, to avoid having to make new employees stand (just kidding) or sit in the kitchen (maybe), we're taking over a small amount of new space up on the 4th floor, which will hopefully look a little nicer by the time it's painted and touched up.

Painted and touched up? Charlie it looks like the super-groovy space of a high-tech web design firm. You mean you didn't pay a designer big bucks for that look? ;^)
Charlie,
Although we no longer do any active real estate i may be able to help you with your space problem. I just had a meeting with a company that has a ton of space in E. Greenwich that could be had cheap. Do you have to be in Providence? e-mail me at gabe@rentprov.com if you think you may want to move.
Gabe, thanks for the offer, we're working with Matt Fair at Hayes and Sherry so perhaps you could connect with him. Although, I think we're pretty committed to staying in Providence.
Not a problem. You should ask him to look at some of the buildings that used historic tax credits for their renovations. Many of them are vacant and need tenants to build out the remainder of the space to receive their credits. There are some really cool spaces that can be had for short money. You can also tell him that it is free to post any commercial properties for lease on our site. Good luck.
